Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced on Sunday that Britain, France, and some other nations would form a coalition to develop plans to offer support to Ukraine in case a peace agreement ending the war with Russia is reached.

The official did not specify which other countries had shown interest in providing support, but said it "demonstrates the willingness of the coalition of those willing to meet and the desire of several countries to play their part." He also stated that "it is still early and the situation is very fluid."
