According to the latter, Russia has reasons to believe that the American administration is more willing to understand its position.
Volodymyr Zelensky, who is simultaneously in Turkey in meetings with Erdogan, has not attended these initial meetings and has reiterated that Ukraine will not accept any decision made without taking it into account.
