Bob Bryar, former drummer of My Chemical Romance, has been found dead at his home in Tennessee (USA) at the age of 44.

Bryar's body was discovered last Tuesday, two days before Thanksgiving, and at the moment the cause of his death is unknown and who found him, reports TMZ.

The body was "very decomposed" when discovered and Animal Control went to the house to take his two dogs, the same source says, pointing out that authorities rule out signs of violence.

Bob Bryar joined the band My Chemical Romance in 2004 replacing Matt Pelissier, the original drummer. He arrived at the best possible time as it coincided with the group having just released the album Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, which led them to achieve great international fame.

The musician remained in the lineup until 2010 when he left. Although he continued his music career by collaborating with other artists for a while. He eventually stepped away from the music industry.

Meanwhile, My Chemical Romance announced their breakup in 2013 after nearly seven years of inactivity. However, the band will return with a tour in 2025.
