Sometimes Hollywood never ceases to amaze. Dyan Cannon, at 88 years old, left the People journalist speechless during an interview when asked if she was seeing someone. The ex-wife of Cary Grant and three-time Oscar nominee didn't hesitate for a second to respond: "There are several special people... I have friends with benefits, yes."

The actress attended the 10th edition of the Hollywood Beauty Awards last Sunday, which recognizes talent in hair, makeup, photography, and styling for film, television, music, red carpet, and editorial. Dyan stands out from other celebrities of her age due to the great energy and fun she conveys through her Instagram videos, a fact that greatly amuses her only daughter Jennifer (59), from her relationship with the star of The Philadelphia Story (1940). In 2008, she became a first-time grandmother to Cary Benjamin.

The actress married again to real estate investor Stanley Fimberg, but divorced in 1991 after six years of marriage. Between one marriage and the other, Dyan Cannon has had several lovers, including actors Michael Nouri (79) and Armand Assante (75), and television legend Johnny Carson, who passed away in 2005 at the age of 79.

Last month, the special The Hidden Side of Johnny Carson premiered on CBS Sunday News where Dyan revealed that she had secretly had a relationship with the comedian and host. I have met many special men, and there are still many more to come," she asserted with conviction that more people will succumb to her charms.

She has been asked hundreds of times about her ex-husband's sexuality, and she always has the same answer: "I never saw any indications that he was homosexual. It wasn't true. There was no basis for it. That part of our life was very satisfying. There were no issues. There are rumors about everyone in Hollywood."

Her daughter Jennifer addressed this in an interview with Fox News on the occasion of the premiere of the miniseries Archie, based on the life of the star of Charade (1963). "I guess the misconception about my father that comes to mind is the question of 'was he heterosexual? Was he gay? (...). When I wrote my book (in 2011), I received hate mail saying, 'Why don't you defend the fact that your father was homosexual?' But the truth of the matter is that I never saw anything to indicate that. And if he had been homosexual, I would have
