This five-star hotel has prepared six experiences that take place in the Hielo y Carbón restaurant and El Jardín de Diana, the rooftop with 360º views of the city. The former hosts both the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinners, conceived by executive chef Iván Jiménez, who opts for delicacies such as beef carpaccio, Idiazábal cheese, seasonal mushrooms and slow-cooked egg and truffle (or its vegan version, with beetroot, watercress and pineapple dressing), scallop tiradito with sea urchin emulsion and grilled guinea fowl with trumpet sauce and grilled artichokes (in the image). There are also children's menus. El Jardín de Diana is the choice for Christmas, New Year's and Epiphany brunches, as well as the New Year's Eve cocktail party, with open bar, late-night snack and DJ
