This luxury icon opens its 431 m2 Royal Suite to anyone who wants to experience a unique experience (900 euros per person) that allows for the reception of family and friends, followed by a glass of champagne, original cocktails and a dinner prepared by chef Javier Quintana. The hotel also offers its private rooms, while Dani Brasserie (545 euros on Christmas Eve and 775 euros on New Year's Eve) captivates with dishes such as lobster consommé and imperial caviar, Wellington sole with spinach and truffle or stuffed pheasant. The Sol room bids farewell to the year (1,400 euros) with a tasting menu, the grapes of the bells, open bar and live music. Meanwhile, the ISA restaurant surprises with Asian flavours and the New Year's Hungover Drunch (145 euros), which combines live entertainment, Tarot readings, signature cocktails and detox drinks
