The experience starts with an appetizer with creams of different colors reminiscent of the floating balloon in the film Up, followed by Under the Ocean, a starter that delves into the magic of The Little Mermaid, with its slow-cooked langoustines, its assorted seafood, its touch of caviar and its tasty jelly, whose bite simulates tasting the bottom of the sea. Then came Madame Samovar's broth, which transports you to the very castle of Beauty and the Beast with vegetable ravioli and a vegetable and truffle broth. Prince Ali's tajine takes us to Aladdin with a pularda stuffed with dates and nuts. The pirates of the Caribbean have their gastro version in the Mediterranean red tuna combination of La cazuela del Caribe, while Rémy's classic ratatouille could not be missing from the menu.
