Five Spanish cheeses recognized worldwide to succeed in any dinner (or appetizer)
Produced by Galmesán dairy in Arzúa (La Coruña), this is an artisan cheese made from milk of Galician blonde cows grazing in the region's meadows and aged for at least 16 months. With a hard and granulated texture and an intense fruity aroma, the name refers to the kilometer of the Camino de Santiago where it is produced. It has received a silver medal at the 2024 World Cheese Awards.
